NEW! Additional class added: 10a to 1p, Saturday, March 7, 2020
Where do great poem titles come from? What makes a title “great,” anyway? Through reading and discussing example poems by Angel Nafis, Alice Oswald, Lucille Clifton, Thomas Lux and others, we’ll explore this essential and too-often overlooked craft element. Bring three of your own poems-in-progress, and we’ll practice titling them to entice the reader with a compelling frame and invitation. Max. class size 15.
